Latvian manufacturer of prefabricated timber-frame houses and modular buildings seeks distributors and investment partners in Europe

The company manufactures energy-efficient prefabricated timber-frame wall and roof panels, turnkey modular houses, and triple-glazed wooden windows at a 14,000 m2 factory in Latvia. The company offers flat-packed panel kits for container shipping and key-ready modular units. All products are EU-certified under ISO 9001, ISO, SP, and TÜV. The company produces three product lines. First, prefabricated timber-frame wall and roof panels using C24-grade northern pine and spruce, mineral wool, and wood fiber insulation. Panels are manufactured to millimetre precision on CNC equipment, flat-packed into standard 40-foot containers (a typical house needs 2–4 containers), and assembled on-site in 2–4 weeks by a crane and trained crew. Second, turnkey modular houses are delivered key-ready with external cladding, internal finishing, electrical and plumbing systems, and kitchen and bathroom fit-outs. Units are road-transported and crane-lifted onto foundations, enabling year-round factory production regardless of weather. Third, triple-glazed wooden windows and doors with layered laminated timber frames, vacuum-pressure fire-retardant treatment (Level 1 safety certificate), warm-edge spacers, argon fill, and low-E coatings meeting Passive House standards. Annual window capacity: ~15,000 m². Quality is certified to ISO 9001, ISSO, SP, and TUV. Design uses BIM software, Eurocode 5 structural calculations, thermal bridge analysis, and CNC-ready production files. Since 2005, over 700 buildings have been delivered to Norway, Sweden, Denmark, the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, South Korea, and Canada. The company seeks three types of partners. Distribution partners with established sales networks in residential construction or real estate to sell building kits and modular units locally. Construction partners, local builders or general contractors, to prepare foundations and assemble panel kits on-site, with the company providing crew training, installation manuals, 3D visualisations, and remote video support. Investment partners to fund production scaling, additional CNC machinery, factory expansion, new product development, or joint ventures for market entry.
