Cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms, which companies use through a browser or mobile app on a subscription basis, combined with artificial intelligence (AI), now make it possible to automate most of these tasks without installing or maintaining any software. The offering company is a software development firm based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. It has designed, built and operates its own AI-powered invoicing and financial management platform for small businesses, freelancers and growing teams. The platform is used by more than 3,000 businesses and is available on the web and as mobile apps for both major smartphone operating systems, with plans ranging from a free tier to team and business subscriptions. The platform covers the full cycle from quote to payment: quotes, invoices and recurring invoices in multiple currencies with custom branding; online card payments directly from the invoice with automatic confirmation; connected bank accounts with automatic matching of incoming payments; automatic reminders for unpaid invoices; expense tracking with AI scanning and recognition of receipts and documents; client and project management; financial analytics and reports; team roles and permissions; and direct access for the company's external accountant. The platform is built to integrate into other businesses and their systems. It offers an application programming interface (API) and a no-code automation connector that links it to more than 7,000 business applications such as email, spreadsheets and team messaging tools, plus data import and export. The company is looking for three types of partners. Distribution and integration partners for the invoicing and financial management platform (commercial agreement). These include banks, payment and fintech companies, telecom operators, accounting and bookkeeping firms, business software and enterprise resource planning vendors, e-commerce platforms, business associations and chambers of commerce. The partner's role is to offer the platform to its SME clients through referral, co-marketing or reselling, or to connect it with its own products through the application programming interface. For markets outside Bulgaria, the company seeks partners with knowledge of local invoicing, tax and e-invoicing requirements who can support localisation and market entry.
